Studio Policy

To ensure a smooth experience and the highest quality of service, please take a moment to review our studio policies.
These include guidelines on reservations, cancellations, lateness, and refunds.
Familiarizing yourself with our policies will help you enjoy a more comfortable and fulfilling session.

Booking

All private sessions must be booked directly via our website or in-person.

Booking is confirmed only after payment is received.

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to prepare and begin on time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time and will be counted as used.

To help us prepare and provide the best experience for you, we kindly ask that all bookings be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation

To cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the session being forfeited.

No-shows will also be counted as used sessions and are non-refundable.

Package Validity

All packages have an expiration period starting from the date of purchase:
5 sessions: valid for 1 month
10 sessions: valid for 2 months
20 sessions: valid for 3 months

Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Extensions may be granted for medical reasons or extended travel, with proper notice and documentation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only within 7 calendar days of purchase and only if no sessions have been used.

Once any session in the package has been used, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be issued minus payment processing fees.

All sessions and packages are non-transferable.
